We ask that the shoes be shipped back to our warehouse in their original shoe box. We issue the refund after receiving the returned shoes' tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse a return for non-defective shoes.

Our exchange policy is 1 free size exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please email noreply@fencingstar.us with your order number, reason for exchange, and new shoe size. We ask that the shoes be shipped back to our warehouse in their original shoe box. We ship the exchange pair after receiving the returned shoes' tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange for shoes with missing/detached tags, training/competition usage, etc. A single purchase can not both have a size exchange and refund.
